Roland Sirois, President Coveright
Roland Sirois joined Coveright in 2006 as President of Coveright North America and became President of Coveright Americas in [2009]. Previously, he worked at National Starch and Chemical Company for over 25 years in leading management positions. Sirois has dual US and Canadian citizenship, a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maine in the US, and a master’s degree in business management from Manchester Business School in the UK. |

Doug Ireland joined Coveright in 1994 as Site Manager for the Cobourg facility in Canada. Previously, he worked at Procter & Gamble for 13 years in a variety of manufacturing positions. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from the University of Toronto, Canada. |

Frank Hirschmann, VP Finance and Administration
FH Hirschmann joined Coveright (Germany) in 1996 as Head of Controlling and also took up the position of Head of Finance in 2001. Until 2008 he worked as Finance Director for the European Operations of Coveright. Previously, he was Head of Controlling for Th. Goldschmidt AG subsidiaries. Hirschmann has a master’s degree in economics and business administration from the University of Duisburg. |

Ann Liu, VP Technology & Innovation
Ann Liu joined Coveright as Lab Manager in 1994 and later held various positions such as Technical Manager and Technical Director of North America. Previously she was a Researcher at Abitibi-Price (now Abitibi-Consolidated) Central Research in Mississauga, Ontario. Before moving to North America, Ann acted as Associate Professor at Nanjing Forestry University in China. She holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering (Pulp & Paper) from the University of Toronto, a Masters of Applied Science, and BSc in Organic Chemistry |

Karen West, VP Supply Chain & Quality Assurance
Karen West joined Coveright in 2008 as Supply Chain Director, North America. Previously, she worked as Materials & Logistics Director for a global medical device manufacturer, Derma Sciences. She also has spent 17 years leading various teams with Anixter, a world’s leader in telecommunications distribution. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with an Economics major from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec. |

Chris Baile, VP Sales
Chris Baile joined Coveright in 2006 as Vice President Sales North America. Previously, he worked for Celanese Emulsions for three years as Business Manager Paints & Coatings North America. He also spent more than 12 years with Nacan Products, then a subsidiary of National Starch and Chemical Company, in North Carolina (USA) and Toronto, Canada. He has a Bachelor¹s degree in business administration from Seneca College, Toronto. |

Ray Chaaraoui, Director, Marketing & Business Development
Ray Chaaraoui joined Coveright in 1999 as a Technical Service Engineer and has held various positions in Sales, Marketing and Product management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Queens School of Business, Kingston, Canada. |

Lou Bilodeau, Managing Director, USA
Bilodeau joined Coveright in 1999 as Manager for the Blythewood plant in South Carolina. Previously, he worked as CEO of Beacon Technology and was the Director of Operations for Pioneer Plastics. He has been an Executive Director for the Maine chapter of the National Management Association. Bilodeau is an American citizen and has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bentley College, USA. |

Lynne Campbell, VP Human Resources, North America
Lynne Campbell joined Coveright in 2007 bringing 20 years corporate and line HR experience in pharmaceutical, chemical manufacturing and public sector organizations, most recently as Director Human Resources with Novopharm (Teva Canada) and AT Plastics ( CIL’s Plastics Division). Lynne completed a Bachelor of Arts (Environmental and Labour Studies) at University of Toronto (U of T), followed by numerous HR related Certificate, Diploma and Executive programs in Canada including from University of Alberta, Queens University (Kingston Ontario) and U of T’s Rotman School of Management. |
